Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Inci Swim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Please review our policy below before submitting a return request.


NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT ONLY

We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used at any time on our website.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original condition with tags and hygiene liners attached

Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Items purchased during promotional sales (unless otherwise stated)


Return Process

Email us at info@inciswim.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (domestic & international).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@inciswim.com. We’ll make it right.
